Still getting high CPU usage using the desktop app

I know you have already done a guide to this? But CPU usage is still crazy high (200%) while syncing - not just large quantities but also in case of smaller amount of files. This is crazy - Can't you guys fix this or make it possible to limit the cpu usage? Seriously Regretting that I just bought a year of plus.

Apologies for the confusion, @prener. I’ve made sure to remove the “solution” that was marked. 
 
At this point, I’d kindly recommend to continue this discussion via email due to account-specific info that may be required to troubleshoot for this matter.

This thread was taken to an email support... so there is no solution for those of us who have this problem. How do I get email support, since everything leads me to the chatbot that is useless or this forum... which is remedial, circuitous, and frustratingly weak!
