Does anyone know how I can get a hold of customer support? My folders are empty for a really important research study after reaching our storage max, and I was able to email with a tech support person previously and then they closed the ticket without resolution and now I can't get a hold of anyone.

Just to let you know, Dropbox wouldn't delete your files, even if your quota was full. What would happen is your account would just stop syncing.
So, is it desktop files that you're missing or files that were stored in your Dropbox account? Did you try searching for them through the search bar at the top right corner of the 'All files' page in your account?
