I'm using the dropbox app on my iMac and it's not sync'ing newly added files to our team dropbox account because it is showing us as being over our limit (5.3TB vs 5TB package) yet when I check "online" it shows the more accurate figure of 3.5TB used out of our 5TB package.
How can I get my app to match the online reported values?
I've rebooted my mac and restarted dropbox.

Thanks Walter, we've needed to get things done quite quickly so we've upgraded our account to unlimited now rather than try to figure stuff out - it may be something to do with other folks sharing things with us so we're just rolling with the mismatch right now. Cheers
