I don't have many folders on my Dropbox and yet I am told that my space is full. I don't understand why or what to do. Thank you
You can see what your quota is at www.dropbox.com/account. Remember that files are stored based upon size not quantity.
In terms of what to do you can pay for an upgrade at www.dropbox.com/plans, try and get more space at www.dropbox.com/gs or delete some files in your account.
