I have used dropbox for several years in basic. Finally I had to pay for an upgrade. I did so, and decided to downgrade because I didn't want to keep paying since I am closing my business soon. I was told (when I spoke to an agent) that I could do so, and that once I deleted files, I had enough space. Since canceling my paid account, my dropbox tells me I don't have enough storage, although I deleted many prior years of files. I can't seem to talk or chat with a live agent. What can I do?
