Hi All,
We are looking for data storage solution for our enterprise.
There is one main account with the principal which has unlimited storage. Staff have their own personal accounts in dropbox.
We were trying to create folder for each staff under principal unlimited storage which was shared with the staff. Staff than saved data in this account. We were hoping that memory space will be used of main principal account but while doing this, the storage in staff dropbox is showing full.
Is there a way to fix it or any alternate way to do it.
Kind Regards

Hi @lpahuja; welcome to our Community and thanks for using Dropbox!
Since shared folders take up space on each member's account, you can share a link to the folder (from the main account) instead of directly sharing the folder itself.
This allows for viewing rights and won't affect the quota of the recipients (in your case, the staff you mentioned).
