Hello, greetings to all, we currently have a file synchronization problem that the synchronization is stuck so we must restart the application, is there any way to solve this without having to restart the application?

Which device and OS are you using? Could you clarify on how the syncing is stuck, such as, are files being transferred during this process?

Do they appear on the site but not the computer, or vice versa, and is this for all users?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
