How do I make file requests automatically sync to my local folder? Thanks.

Hey @Smilus!

It sounds like they might be Smart Synced as "Online only". In this case, you just need to select the files or folder, and choose "Smart Sync - Local".

Let me know if that helps!

Hi there @Smilus, I'd be happy to help.

Anything that's sent to you through a file request will be uploaded to the folder that you have chosen.

Out of curiosity, are you looking for the file that was sent to you or the File requests folder?

Thanks!

Thanks, I was able to sort it out. I needed to choose local in the smart sync menu.

I have another issue, however.

I renamed and moved a couple of files before they were synced locally. Now all I see is that the files are zero bytes. What can I do the return to the state where I can sync them locally? Thanks
