Syncing Loop - "Syncing" but Won't Finish

I'm trying to push a file onto Dropbox and it's stuck on 'Syncing'. Even after the time estimate has disappeared, the Dropbox icon remains with the blue arrows in the top bar and in the Dropbox Desktop app as well. 

Please advise,

Hi @tbridges - welcome to our Community!

I'm sorry to about this and I'd really like to get you back up and syncing normally again.

Just to make sure we're troubleshooting the right thing, can you let me know the OS of your computer and send me a screenshot of the exact status of the desktop app as shown within your system tray/menu bar so I can have a visual too?

While at it, could you try rebooting your computer and re-adding this file to your Dropbox folder? 

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there!
