Syncing Problem on WIN10

I already did an "Advanced Reinstall" butr it does not help. it's working on all other devices (Another WIN10 PC and Android) but not on this one:

I have Dropbox 88.4.172 on WIN10

Dropbox 88.4.172
2 Dateien werden indexiert...
1 Datei wird hochgeladen...
2 Dateien werden heruntergeladen...

What can be done?
