Syncing stopped 01/27/19 on my CentOS. How should I proceed?

Explorer | Level 3

Just noticed Dropbox stopped syncing 27/01/19, I used CentOS 6, so when I receved the email qith the new requisites, I startet using Dropbox via Docker. The files are on ext4, no encryption, and today I checked the logs and the following messages apeared:

"[ALERT]: So your files continue to sync, sign in to your Dropbox account and move Dropbox to a supported file system"

How can I check if another requisite is not been met?

Hey there (@João1941), from what I gather from your description, you’re currently controlling the Dropbox application with the Linux Command Line Interface (CLI), am I on the right track?

If so, could you let me know what you’re seeing when you’re typing the following in your terminal?

dropbox running

dropbox status

(Note: You may also need to utilize the - ls command, which lists the files in your current working directory with their current sync status.)

From there, please bear in mind that we currently support Ubuntu 14.04 (or higher) & Fedora 21 (or higher) however if your device does not meet the operating system requirements, you may still be able to use the Dropbox desktop application (but results may vary).

If I were in your shoes (& had previously ensured that all system requirements were met), I would try an Advanced re-installation & I’d take it from there.

Please do keep me updated on the outcome on this discussion here & thanks again for taking the time to check back how my suggestions work for you. Looking forward to your next reply!

Hi @Jane, it is really running on command line. Just tested it on a virtual machine with the same configuration, and it worked with my personal account and the account I am having trouble. I made the same test on the production server and the syncronization still didn't worked. Rechecked filesystem to confirm ext4. I decided reinstall Dropbox from scrap, and the problem still happens:

[ALERT]: So your files continue to sync, sign in to your Dropbox account and move Dropbox to a supported file system.

One config is diferent than de test server, Dropbox directory is on an diferent disk.

Is there another thing that I could check?
