Hello My Dropbox files are not in Sync with my PC files. There should be no issues with my account because I have not yet used all of the space available in my Dropbox account. I've tried doing things suggested on line. I'd like to know what else I can do to sync my Dropbox and PC files. (I am not using any other device for these files.)
Hello Mark. Thank you for your comments, and for responding so quickly. When I hover over the Dropbox logo, it says "123.4.4832 Up to date". I am using documents via the Dropbox folder. However, I know that other folders and documents are on the PC and not available via the Dropbox logo. By the way, this is a new laptop and I've transferred documents from an old PC. Thanks. Stuart
Thanks. Yes, the documents are from the old PC. The documents on the Dropbox site appear to be in the Dropbox folder. However, there are documents in my PC that are not in the Dropbox folder or in the Dropbox site. Stuart
