Hello,

The current problem we have is we are sharing documents to a client and they are running out of space as they are not on our team. Is there a way to allow them to not run out of space without having to add them to our team and getting charged the monthly rate?

Thanks!

If they need edit access, no. Either they would need to upgrade their account, or you would need to invite them to join your team as a licensed member.

If they only need view and/or download access, you can send them a shared link to the folder, which will allow them to either view the content online, or download it to their own device.
