I created a Google Slides file on DropBox so that I could collaborate with my team. After a month or so of collaborative work, I got that error message. My Google Slides file is 200bytes and I can't open it. It says that the file is too big.

I have tried restoring to the last two previous versions, but it still says it's too big. I can't download it as a PowerPoint or do anything to it.

All our work has been saved there. How can I iaccess my document and what is the size limit for a Google slides presentation?

Hey @CynthiaWaka; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you get?

Also, is Google showing under your account's Connected apps tab?

Let me know what you find!

Thanks for the screenshot, Cynthia.

Can you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser and let me know if you get any different results?

Tried it. And nothing. No one else in my team can access it.

Hey @CynthiaWaka, just to make sure that we cover all initial troubleshooting, could you make sure that the app is connected from your Connected apps tab online?
