The file was not found verify that the file has not been moved, renamed or deleted

Dear friends

in dropbox folder,  when i try to open some file in my hard disk, Microsoft office tell: the file was not found verify that the file has not been moved, renamed or deleted.

if I open the file on dropbox online it is present and working, if I download that file on my computer it works perfectly, if I drag the file out of the Dropbox folder, for example on the desktop, the file works perfectly, if I drag it to the Dropbox folder replacing the old, the file doesn't work.
I tried to update the Dropbox software, then I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, I downloaded all the files on my hard drive again, but the problem persists.

I also tried to install a different version of Microsoft Office, but the problem was not solved, However Microsoft Office works perfectly with all files outside the Dropbox folder.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you let me know if you get this error when opening the file directly from the Office app?

Do you get the same error when you navigate to the file within the Dropbox folder, through your file browser?

Please send me a screenshot of the error you're getting too, as the visual is always helpful.
