The shared file does not appear!!

Hello,

 

A professor shared a .mp4 file link with me, however, when I click it, I am redirected to my dashboard and the file does not appear to me in either "all files", "shared", or anywhere. How can I possibly access it? Or how can I know if the problem is on the link? I really did not want to bother my professor.

 

Any help would be very appreciated!

Hey @alacoque, let's see what we can do on this. 

 

Did your professor send it to you as a shared file or as a shared link

 

Also, make sure that you're signed in with the same email address that the file was sent to. 

 

You can check if this is the case from the General tab
