There is a folder disapeared and it is not deleted.

Hi,

There is a folder disapeared and it is not deleted. the only reason i could think is that my dropbox account is full.

How can i get it back?

Hey @Lashulp, thanks for your post!

Even if your account is full, Dropbox wouldn't remove your files, but have you tried searching for it through the search bar in the top right corner of this page?

Was is maybe a shared folder? Do you see it here?

Let me know what you find!

I have searched every folder, also is it not removed in the history , very strange.

Hi @Lashulp, if you're not seeing the missing folder on the deleted files page, then there's a few possibilities as to why this could be the case:
  • The folder is on another Dropbox account
  • It was a shared folder you don't have access to any more
  • The folder was deleted outside of the 30 day period
  • The folder was permanently deleted
I's first check the events page to see if there's any history of the folder on your account.
