I bought a new device(phone) and I uploaded dropbox app again I signed in but unfortunately there’s nothing in my account . I’m confused because I had very special photos from my son childhood in there . Could you please helping me?

Are you sure you logged in to the right account?

 

What does www.dropbox.com/account show and www.dropbox.com/events list if you go from your phone in terms of setting it up etc.
