There was an error downloading your file

I cannot download .zip shared file neither after clearing the cache nor downloading it from incognito mode. I got this message "there was an error downloading your file".

Yes, it does not work.
The workaround that worked for me is downloading the dropbox application on my laptop and synchronizing all the files from my account
