I have spent the day trying to use the time based commenting capability. I have now spent 450 to upgrade to business- none of my files are included

AND THERE IS ZERO INFO on what plan is this magical plan- all the info i find says it's aviable for everyone.

Someone help. Please.  I cannot believe how crappy this entire experience has been.  I cant even pick a decent folder for this question to go in.

Hi there @cb1234veryannoyed, I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations!

Time based comments can be done with a Professional, Business Advanced, Enterprise, or Education subscription.

You can find out some more info about this feature here.

Commenting on files in general are available for all plans, but for plans other than the ones listed above, comments on a video would be placed at the beginning.

I hope this info helps, let me know if yo have any questions!
