Hello @Tread Support, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 


If your links are banned, it generally means that we’ve been asked to temporarily or permanently “ban” the link.


The first time you see such an error message, your link will be disabled for 24 hours, and after the first, it'll be disabled for longer. 

 

Don't worry though, you still have access to your Dropbox account and all your files.
