Transferred Files Cannot Be Viewed Without Downloading

Transferred Files Cannot Be Viewed Without Downloading

I tried to create a transfer which is 92 GB so the person I shared wanted to view it only without downloading the whole file just because it is too big. The problem is, the recipient can view those files without downloading after opening the link in iPhone's safari but is not able to do that on pc's browser. Is there a way to view those files on PC's browser just like on mobile browser?

Hey @erkin, thanks for checking back in with us.

They should be able to preview file transfers on a computer's browser normally.

Could you ask them to try opening the link from another web browser or an incognito window?

If they get any error messages, a screenshot would be super helpful.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Incognito did the trick, but I don't understand why we have to take this additional step to view files. Is there a specific reason behind that?

If it works on incognito but not normally they have something within the browser blocking things.
