I transferred a 4K video, but the receiver has it in 720. It lost a lot of quality. Is there a way of setting quality types?

Has the user tried downloading the file locally?
Does the local version of the file also show reduced quality or is it just its web preview?
Ask them to check it out and let me know of any updates, cheers!

Since you speak of 4k, I assume that you are equipped with an appropriate camera. Do you record with an action cam or reflex camera? In this german article about different 4k cameras I came across both variants and I am now considering which one I should prefer. You can easily translate the article via google translator, if you don't understand german.
