Hi,
This should be dead easy, but isn't. I have Dropbox on my PC and and my phone and I am able to transfer photos without a problem. Why is transferring videos such a massive issue?
Could someone supply me with step-by-step instructions of how to get a video from Dropbox on my phone to Dropbox on my PC, please?

Are you able to upload the videos to the Dropbox app on your mobile device but don't see them appearing in your computer's Dropbox folder? Or are you having issues with uploading videos into Dropbox on your mobile?
If you have uploaded the videos onto the mobile app, I would suggest first checking to see if the video file name contains a "bad character" that isn't allowing it to sync to your computer. You can check this from this page here.
If you're having trouble with uploading the videos to the mobile app, then let me know if you are trying to upload the videos with automatic camera uploads or by manually uploading them into the app. If you're seeing any error messages then please send me a screenshot of this too.
Finally, please let me know the OS of your mobile device so that I can provide more accurate assistance.

I have taken a video on my phone and this is in the Camera Uploads section (on my phone). How do I get this video to transfer to the Camera Uploads folder on my PC? I have changed the name of the video so that it conforms with Dropbox.

Are you sure that Dropbox application is actually running on your PC? Did you run it? And if so, can you post the current app status?
