Are you able to upload the videos to the Dropbox app on your mobile device but don't see them appearing in your computer's Dropbox folder? Or are you having issues with uploading videos into Dropbox on your mobile?
If you have uploaded the videos onto the mobile app, I would suggest first checking to see if the video file name contains a "bad character" that isn't allowing it to sync to your computer. You can check this from this page here.
If you're having trouble with uploading the videos to the mobile app, then let me know if you are trying to upload the videos with automatic camera uploads or by manually uploading them into the app. If you're seeing any error messages then please send me a screenshot of this too.

I have taken a video on my phone and this is in the Camera Uploads section (on my phone). How do I get this video to transfer to the Camera Uploads folder on my PC? I have changed the name of the video so that it conforms with Dropbox.
