Is there any way to translate the text that appears on file request pages? i.e., https://dropbox.com/request/[request id]. My org wants to use Dropbox file requests to request documents from clients, some of whom are not fluent in English. It would be nice to be able to customize the language on a per-request basis, so that "[org name] sent you this request" and "Add files" are localized to the person being sent the file request. I can already localize the title and description, but the rest does not seem editable.
Actually, the title of the file request and the description are both manually typed by the creator of the file request, during the process of creating it. So, basically, it can show whatever the creator wants it to show.
Can you try to create one and let me know if that works?
Hi Hannah! I am aware that the title and description can be manually set by the creator - as I wrote in my original post, "I can already localize the title and description, but the rest does not seem editable." What I want to be able to change is "sent you this request" and "Add files or drag stuff here". Thanks
We love to learn from the educators who use Dropbox. Whether you teach kids, teens, adults or a combination of all three, we want to know what apps and integrations you use with Dropbox to help with teaching. Which of the ones below is your favorite, or most used tool?
