Trouble connecting Paper to Slack

Trouble connecting Paper to Slack

In my App directory I've tried to add Paper as an app to my Slack workspace. However, Paper and its respective /paper commands do not appear. When I go to add it again, it takes me to the Paper website to connect to Slack, but says it already is.

 

Can anyone offer any assistance that might know what is going on here?

Howdy to all who may reach out here with the same question! 
 
I received some feedback by our higher-level technician in regards to the issue described here after working with fischgeek on an email discussion, so when you're in your Slack account, you should be seeing a separate app called "Dropbox Paper" on the list of connected apps. This isn't currently happening (based on what I could see on your screenshots), therefore you’ll have to go to your Paper Settings page and click on "Connect a Slack account". 
 
If it says "Slack account connected", could you click to disconnect it and try reconnecting it?
 
To access your Paper settings:
 
  1. Sign in to paper.dropbox.com.
  2. Click your avatar at the top right of the page.
  3. Click Settings.
Unlinking & relinking accounts once did the trick for fischgeek, though if anyone else experiences the same behavior, please do let me know here & I’ll make sure to check back with you more closely!

I cant unlinked even though the app said connected, and no dropbox paper app in a linked app setting.
