Trouble syncing with my colleagues

My colleagues can't see the new folders that I share "Online-Only", and same thing is happening with me! I can't see any new files they add to the dropbox. I tried reinstalling the application but no use.

Hey @Talaabughdaib, welcome to our Community and happy Monday!

Could you please let me know if you're all looking at the same folder?

For example, can you all see the files when you navigate to this shared folder on our website?

Also, can you let me know the app's exact status as shown in your system tray/menu bar
