Hi, can anyone help please. When I am trying to open an excel spreadsheet in Dropbox it is coming up with “the connection was reset “
What does this mean?!

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? 

 

Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
