We are trying to share an Excel spreadsheet through Dropbox, but the drop down menu is not working for anyone. Thoughts?

It's working just fine. In the shared document, no one can access the drop down menu. It is in the original document, but not as a shared document.

Hello. Not sure if you solved this problem but wanted to share my solution to a similar problem.
Problem:
A Excel file on my Dropbox (saved on cloud and not local) which was shared and the drop-down menu in data validation function kept disappearing when saved and reopening.
Solution:
The drop-down menu was referencing (sauce) from a different sheet and that's seeme to be the problem. Once I changed it to refercning it within the same sheet, the drop-down menu stayed even after closing the file and reopening it.
I hope this helps.
