You right Erkan,

I was set up all things to Dropbox structure.

But Gdrive and One drive have no any problem.

Also they says this is Windows and Mac OSX's structure problem.

We are currently use mac and windows system in our company. And they haven't andy problem in OneDrive. Both of them uses sama folder structure and both of them supports Special Turkish Characters.

The problem was only with "İ" (capital i with dot).

I guess they solved it few months ago. (After 10 years)

since then we don't see any problem.
