Hi,
Turkish character ("İ", capital form of i in Turkish) occurs the sync problem (Using the character in filenames).
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hey there @msahin - thanks for the report!
This is actually because Dropbox works in a case insensitive nature on Windows and Mac OSX (both OSes are case insensitive) so when Dropbox tries to write the file, it uses the lowercase version of the path/file name, however with "İ", there are no case insensitive equivalents and so the files are unsyncable.
We don't currently have a good solution for this, so to get your files syncing you'll need to use the lower case versions of these characters in file and path names.
I know it's not much but I sure hope this helps to some extent. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

First of all thank you for fast response.
As you said above this is not a good solution.
I hope to see a better solution as soon as possible.
Thanks.
Hi Walter,
In the folder name you are right but, in the file name we wait the a solution from Dropbox.
Because that if i upload the the file (which is contains capital form of i, or specail characer of "s":"Ş",) to web, it sych with desktop.
But, when i put this file to desktop version, it not synch to web.
Lots of systems can use the capital "i", "İ" in Turkish Language, like, Windows, Mac, and most known cloud systems. There is no problem about this situation...
Regards
Could you post a screenshot of what's troubling you exactly @hakans ?

I tried 2 times to attach screenshot (it in png format) but your system gives me "An Unexpected Error has occurred."
You can upload it to your Dropbox account and share a link to it in that case @hakans - since you're having browser issues and all I mean (alternatively, you can try another browser).
Thanks!
