URGENT Your Out of Space

URGENT Your Out of Space

A message appeared saying, "You’re out of space. Upgrade now for 2 TB (2,000 GB) or more of space and powerful productivity features."

It shows I have 2.54GB and that my maximum is 2.25GB so I need to delete files. But I did delete files. I deleted TONS of files and the 2.54 has not changed..... so there's something wrong with this because Dropbox does not appear to be updating the change in memory being used. Please can someone look into my account. This is urgent and time sensitive.

Where did you delete the files? If it was on a computer is Dropbox running on your machine?

What does it say if you mouse over the status bar icon?

What is www.dropbox.com/account showing?

Thank you for responding so quickly. I have just deleted a 1GB video...that was the only way to deal with it. Seems everything I deleted just wasn't enough even though I thought it was.
