Unable to add images to Google Doc in Dropbox

Unable to add images to Google Doc in Dropbox

Explorer | Level 3

Hi,

I can't seem to add any images to my Google Docs. I just get these two messages (see attached).

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Liam

Hi @LiamA, thanks for messaging today!

Are you editing a Google Doc created via the Dropbox site, or are these documents located directly on the Google site?

The image you're uploading, are they from your machine, or via Dropbox itself?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

It’s via the Dropbox site and I’m trying to add an image from my computer.

In that case, have you tried clearing your browser's cache or another browser to see if you get any different results @LiamA
