Unable to create a link to share.

Hello, I’m currently trying to create and share a link to a fold, but when I click create link I have an error message pop up.

The message says:

Couldn’t crate a shared link

Something went wrong, and we weren’t able to create a shared link.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this would be appreciated.

Can you try using an incognito window to see if you can create a link from there?

If not, please try using a different web browser altogether, and clearing your browser cache if the issue persists.
