Unable to delete folder

Explorer | Level 3

I added a folder which failed to sync. Now when I try to delete it says you need permission as an administrator. I am the administrator. Running Dropbox as the administrator did not work.

Could you send me a screenshot of the error? The visual is always helpful.

Also, how did you initially try adding the folder to Dropbox? Was there a specific error that showed when the folder wasn't able to sync?

Thanks for the screenshot @PABresler.

Could you try deleting it through a window in your file Explorer instead of our new desktop app's interface?

Do you get the same error when trying to move or delete it from your Dropbox Folder?
