Unable to move more than 150 files online

Unable to move more than 150 files online

Explorer | Level 4

Whenever I try and move anymore than 150 files on the website, it says unable to move files.

I have tried in both Chrome and Firefox. In firefox it attempts to do it and then stops at 150.

I have re-created this issue multiple times.

Hi @cardiffdan; welcome to our Community!

Can you please let me know if you get the same results after clearing your browser's cache and on an incognito window with no plugins or extensions running?

If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of any error you might be getting or the last screen you can get to.

Thanks a bunch, Dan.

Thanks for the screenshot, Dan.

Can you please let me know if this happens for smaller batches of files as well?

To be honest, I just gave this a go on my Chrome (latest stable version) and it worked just fine with a batch of more than 1500 files.

Of course it took a while for the browser to process the move action, but it was completed successfully in a few minutes.

If you're still having issues with this though, could you reboot your computer and router and try anew?

Let me know how you get on!

Hello

It was an issue on files greater than 150 in qty, but fine for under. I had tried it upon multiple machines and after reboots and faced the same issue.

However, today it started working in the orginal browser and on the orginal machine. So I'm not sure of the cause?

Re: Unable to move more than 150 files online

Perhaps there was a temporary issue with the browser or connection that was causing this error @cardiffdan.+

It would be difficult to narrow down now that it appears this no longer occurs.

Since you're not receiving the error anymore, I'd suggest just keeping an eye on this and let us know if the issue crops up again.

If there's anything else that we can help with here in the meantime, don't hesitate to give me a nudge.

Thanks!
