Unsubscribe from Paper To-Do emails?

New member | Level 2
New member | Level 2

I've unsubscribed from all of the settings I'm able to in the Notifications section, but I still get emails from Dropbox Paper with '14 to-dos due today.' I don't want to get these emails anymore.

For what it's worth, I'm using my work email on a business account that's shared with a handful of other people. We each have our own logins, and the Paper doc in question was created in my personal account section.

Thank you!

Hey there @chromanaut

Since you’ve checked the notification settings, if you’ve completed these tasks, you can also try and mark your assigned tasks with a tick, which should stop the notifications from appearing in your inbox.

If this is something that doesn’t apply to you though, please don’t hesitate to let me know and I’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks!
