I started with an upgraded version of dropbox so that I would have more space to upload all of my files.  My billing information changed which has not been updated in dropbox.  When I sign in, its suggesting I upgrade.  If I go back to upgrade, will I have access to my files and documents perviously uploaded in dropbox?

Hey there @RoyalRhonda1, thanks for dropping by. 

 

Whether you upgrade or downgrade, your active files will still be available on your account. 

 

If you want to change your billing information, you can do so by following these steps

 

Could you check for me the subscription that you're currently on by going to your Plan tab?
