Hello and thanks for looking into this.
I'm trying to share a file with my wife, but get a message (in her DB acct.) that her box is full. She has a 2 TB (plus) and it wants to upgrade to 3.
When I go to her computer in the Finder I see that under the DB folder is only one folder (with subfolders and files) and in the DB acct the same.
In the finder her folder is 44GB so she should have plenty of space left.
Any insights? What am I doing wrong here?
Thanks.
Saul

Hello.
Just wanted to come back and say thanks to all who helped me! Very much appreciated!
Problem solved.
My wife's DB account was full. Erased unneeded stuff, made room and then shared with her a folder and now Keyboard Maestro sync file is syncing properly between the 2 laptops.
Have a Happy New Year everyone and.... Thanks!!!
Saul
Hey @saulel; welcome aboard and thanks for using Dropbox!
Can you please send me a screenshot of the exact message you get and clarify what is reported in the account's plan tab too?
Thanks!

Hello Walter and thanks for replying to my question.
Unfortunately I couldn't access my computer until now.
This is the screenshot of my wife's plan tab (#1)
I wanted to share a file in my DB acct on my laptop
So I copied the link
And emailed it to my wife's laptop
[Removed as per Community Guidelines]
Logged into her DB acct.
But, when I tried to save it
Got this message:
Although her whole folder is just 44.25 GB
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks again for your help.
Happy Holidays.
Saul
Hi @dbxy, assuming you're the same person, it looks like you're signed into another Dropbox account, since the username is different.
As you mentioned you were trying to share something, is it possible that you don't enough space on your account?
Seeing as you're on a different profile, it looks like you're trying to add the file to an account which doesn't have enough quota. Please could you check which account is signed in on the Dropbox site from here, and what quota it has here?

Hi Jay.
Both links take me to my account, to the General tab. The 1st link to the Basics and the 2nd one to the preferences.

And yes. I am trying to share a file in my folder in my MBP with my wife in her's. (I have access to both MBPs and both accounts)
Hey @dbxy, could you go to the Plan tab of the account that you're trying to add the shared content to?

Hello Lusil.
Went to my wife's laptop. Her DB is full.
Could you please point me to the right articles:
1- How to erase folders/files on the DB backup without deleting them in the laptop.
2- How to choose to backup only specific folders/files?
Thank you very much for your support guys!
Saul
Of course, that's what we're here for after all, @dbxy!
You can delete unwanted files by followed these steps, and remove shared content as per these ones.
As for backing files up, are you referring to computer backup or simply manually uploading items?
