Upload / Download Issue - Noob Question

New to the forum so sorry if this has been answered before. I tried to search it, but the strings are a little broad a vague. On to the question:

I have someone attempting to upload a series of files in a folder to my Dropbox Plus account. It's a rather large folder per the uploaded (around 25G.) But when he uploads the folder, it's only uploading a single 120kb file at random. This is just some gcode files (.tap) so I wouldn't think there is a file restriction of any sort.

Ideas?

I'll just need a few more details, such as:

• Did the other user select a whole folder to be added to the shared folder?
• Are they uploading it via the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app?
• How large are the other files that they've added?
