Can you let me know some more info on what you'd like to do here?

For example, which platform are you using to uploading/download your files? The website, desktop app or mobile app.

Thanks for getting back to me here @Coco2017!

With the mobile app, you can upload files to Dropbox by opening the Dropbox app and tapping the "+" button. You can check out more info here.

For downloading files, you can export them to save them locally on your phone, or another app, with these steps.
