Hello! I started a new class and all of the class has access to a drop box. On a weekly basis, class materials are loaded to the drop box by the instructor and the class down loads them. ALthough I have the same link as the other students, I am not able to see the newly loaded documents in the drop box. I have refreshed the link....and the tech support for the class said to clear my cache and cookies. Upon doing this - I still cannot see new documents. I tried using different browers (e.g. Chrome, etc) and still have an issue.
Does anyone have troubleshooting ideas? Really appreciate your time and response to my quiry. thank you.
