Uploading a video recorded with Filmic Pro to Dropbox always gives me an error message

Explorer | Level 3

When I try to upload a video recorded with Filmic Pro to Dropbox I always get the message "Cant' upload file There was a problem uploading 'file_name' Please try again. How can I upload this file PLEASE HELP!!!

Are you on a Dropbox Basic plan with 2 GB of quota?

 

If so, then you won't have enough space on your account to upload that file to your account.

Could you let me know on which device you’re trying to do the upload? How large is the file you’re trying to upload?

 

Are you using the Dropbox app to upload, or via the Filmic Pro app directly?

HI jay,

 

The file is on my iphone. It’s 2.3 GB. I’ve tried using Filmic Pro, Dropbox app, and iphone’s Files App. All results are the same.
