Uploading video

Hi,

I'm trying to upload 3 videos (only 3.70mb each) into a shared folder on dropbox. The uploads are saying it will take anywhere between 6 hours and 29 days! The hours and days go down quite fast but then the upload fails and it stops. I'm not tech savvy enough to trouble shoot the problem. Any ideas??

are you using firefox? there is a known bug where uploading files to firefox does not work. there is a thread about it that goes back years but Dropbox support has done nothing about it.

So far the only solution is to use safari or open a private browser in Firefox 😞
