There would be two ways that I can suggest to upload these videos to your account.
You can upload files through the website with the steps outlined towards the bottom half of this article. Through the website, you can upload up to 50 GB at a time.
The other option would be to use the desktop app. It creates a Dropbox folder locally on your computer which you can drag and drop the files you want to upload into that folder and the app will sync them to your account.
