Uploads are not uploading

I have attempted multiple times to upload files, and it is erroring out and saying the DNS server is not connecting. I don't even see the 2021 other files that I shared. I have plenty of space to receive the wav. files. I don't understand the issue. I want to continue dropbox professionally after the trial period, but not if these problems exist.

I need help!! We need to get the files over to the end-user as soon as possible.

Hello @terristhomas88, let's see what we can do here. 

Have you tried restarting your router or modem? Maybe that will do the trick. 

If not, try another browser and making sure that you're not running any third party browser extensions or plugins.
