Using Dropbox folders on 2 separate external drives?

I have been struggling to try to have part of my Dropbox folders sync on one external drive (let's call it A) and another set of my folders (images especially) on another separate external drive (let's call it B).

Anyone can guide me if this is at all possible.? So far I only managed to get 1 external drive to sync with Dropox.

Although there's no option right now to sync some folders on one drive and the rest on another, have a look at this thread.

There, other users have shown an interest on this, and you can also comment on it and upvote the idea.
