Viewing downloaded files on Chromebook

Viewing downloaded files on Chromebook

New member | Level 2

Downloaded files (articles/pdfs) onto my Dell chromebook. They are viewable on my chromebook files themselves, but on the app Dropbox itself (where i sent them for others to view), once selected then I get a message that I need to "please download an app that supports this kind of file or try opening it on a computer to make edits."

Dropboxer

Hey there @ryanmmeier, thanks for reaching out to us.

Could you send us a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error message that you mention, so that we have a better visual of it?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!
