Viewing email list of members who have access to a folder

Explorer | Level 3

On the dropbox home page after logging in, to the right of the folders there is a members column that says how many members the particular folder is shared with. Is there a way to view or export all of the email addresses associated with a particular folder?

Hi @geotam,

Just clicking on other party icon letters will popups pane, containing corresponding e-mail.

Hope this helps.

Hello thanks for the response but when I click the other party icon, the pane that pops up only contains a partial list of the members. Any idea how to get the full list? Thanks

👋 Hey @geotam, I hope my message finds you well!

So, if you hover next or over the “Members” field to see the Share button on your Files, & you click on "Share", this should give you a pop-up window with the names & list of emails of those you’ve shared the folder with.

If this isn’t the list of emails you’re looking for, could you include a bit more info on the ideal end-result?

Thanks!
