Hey @Sazzamabazza, thanks for checking in with us!

I'd be more than happy to help look into this with you, I'll just need a bit more info. For example:

  • Could you clarify how you've directly connected the printing machines with the Dropbox app?
  • What happens when you preview the files through another device locally or the website?
  • Have you tried printing them via another machine by any chance?

Any additional details would be very helpful. Thanks!

Hi thanks for your response. I’ve downloaded the Dropbox app to my phone export then off my phone and then connect to machine WiFi and print.

On one laptop they aren’t so great but it’s a work laptop and not for graphics.
Tried on 5 other devices too and look good on screen but printing takes away the crisp edges and just dulls them a bit.
I don’t know how to attach photos, but if I could show you that might help.

Thanks,

Sarah

Yes tried 4 different machines and had them sent off to a wetlab.

Thanks for getting back to me, @Sazzamabazza

Since you mention that the photos you're trying to print are the ones you exported/downloaded, when previewed look as they should, and you've tried this with a few other devices too, I'd recommend getting in touch with the service you're trying to print the photos with - they may be able to provide more info on the matter.

In any case, we're always a post away, so let me know how it goes or if you have any other questions. Cheers!

I have and everyone says they aren’t able to help. But agree they are better quality on my phone /laptop. Every single shop has said they don’t know what the issue is

Hmm. Do you by any chance have the original photos stored somewhere or can ask someone for them?
